Eat the Tea!
Drinking tea and herbs is a favored custom all over the world. Over the years, many individuals have discovered the wide-range of health benefits too. So, in 2013, EAT THE TEA owner and wellness advocate Maureen Ruggeri decided to bring tea to a whole new level - incorporating it into food!
From baked goods to medicinal soups, her knowledge and connection with the leaves helps her pair the right tea/herbs with certain foods.
"My whole idea behind EAT THE TEA is to inform people of the health benefits of tea and its entirety,
not just in the liquid."
Maureen has a background in catering and tea and her passion 'stems' from years of witnessing the health benefits of tea in her own life and the lives of others she has helped.
